About the Instructor-
Vanessa Kessler
uvvvvvu

Vanessa has been involved in the fiber world since the purchase of her first llamas in 1993.  She owns and operates Shady Haven's Fiber Designs near Sheboygan.  Her specialty is camelid fibers; specifically, designing and creating unique "one of a kind" pieces.  In her fiber service studio, she does custom orders using all fiber types from alpaca to dog/wool blends.  She has participated and taught at numerous fiber events and conferences.  Vanessa has judged both handspun skeins and ready-made classes at some of these events.  She teaches weaving at Hidden Valley Woolen Mill and other classes at various locations and privately.  She is a member of the Shuttlecraft Guild of Sheboygan, the WI Handweavers Association, and the Midwest Weavers Association.  She also belongs to the Lakeside Area Fiber Fanatics, a newly formed group in the Sheboygan area.
